砂糖 Sugar-1大匙
鹽巴 Salt-1/4小匙
味噌 Miso—1小匙
醬油 Soy sauce-1.5大匙
米醋 Rice vinegar—1.5大匙
柴魚片 Katsuo bushi—2g
麻油 Sesame oil—1小匙
